February Photos

I have been wandering around my house taking photos of light and shadows and floors and shoes… and then wandering around friends’ houses doing the same thing. Yesterday, after lunch with a friend in Lititz, I meandered around taking photos of the lights hanging in trees along Main Street. And today, I wandered around my neighborhood and explored an alley I haven’t been down in a while. Lights, shadows, and architectural details —and a cool blue Ford truck — are pretty satisfying to take photos of and to play around with in editing. When no words seem to want to come out of my head onto paper., I am very glad for the camera. (I added at the end a few poems I read recently.)
